Phoebe discovered her love for yoga unexpectedly when she stumbled upon her first yoga class at a YMCA in Brooklyn, NY. Over the course of 15 years, she discovered the profound healing and transformative effects of yoga, which benefited her both physically and mentally. Motivated by her own experiences, Phoebe hopes to inspire others to uncover the life-changing power of yoga.

Phoebe's classes offer an energetic and fluid flow, that aim to inspire feelings of freedom and stability. She encourages her students to tap into their own wisdom, inviting them to listen to their bodies and honor their individual needs. Her goal is to create a nurturing and safe environment where students can explore their yoga practice, embrace their strength, and express themselves authentically.

Beyond the yoga mat, Phoebe finds joy in outdoor activities, gardening, mountain biking, making art, and spending time with her husband and daughter. Her love for nature and movement serves as inspiration for her teaching style. Whether you are a new or experienced yogi, Phoebe welcomes all individuals to embrace their unique selves and approach their practice with curiosity and self-compassion.

Yoga found Julie over 15 years ago, practicing then only as a way to unwind from life itself, balancing her full time job in the Radiology field and being a very busy mom of two. She soon began to realize that yoga practice was much more than a physical release but a way of life--a tool to find focus in all that we do. 


She not only wanted to learn more for herself, but hoped for a way to be able to share the physical, mental, and soul healing benefits of yoga with others through teaching. Julie completed the 200 hr yoga teacher training course through Runa Yoga in Duluth where she lives. Loving Duluth's trails, lakes, and anything outdoors she finds an endless array of adventures and activities with friends and family. 


She continues to further her love for fitness and nutrition while exploring ideas to offer yoga to the community at all levels--from beginner stretch to fast paced Vinyasa flow.


Julie pours her heart and good energy into her passion for yoga. 

Her classes showcase a calming and supportive presence while bringing a fun, explorative, and playful vibe--striving to leave fellow yogis with peace and confidence on and off the mat.
