at Kintop Chiropractic & Wellness Clinic

Dr. Thomas Kintop
CHIROPRACTOR
Dr. Thom Kintop is a second-generation chiropractor who has been helping patients move better, feel better, and live healthier lives for more than 30 years. After earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 1992, he returned to the Twin Ports to build a practice focused on personalized, compassionate care.
As co-owner of Kintop Chiropractic & Wellness, Dr. Kintop specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, neck and back pain, headaches, and joint pain. His goal is to identify the underlying cause of discomfort, restore function, and help patients return to the activities they enjoy.
In addition to chiropractic care, Dr. Kintop performs Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals for commercial drivers and offers advanced therapies, including red light therapy and radio pressure wave therapy, to support healing, reduce pain, and promote recovery.
Known for his approachable style and commitment to patient care, Dr. Kintop believes that lasting health begins with listening, individualized treatment, and helping every patient achieve their highest level of function.
His mission is simple: to help every patient move with less pain, heal with confidence, and enjoy a healthier, more active life.

Dr. Christina Kintop
CHIROPRACTOR / NUTRITIONIST / MENOPAUSE EXPERT
Dr. Christina Kintop is a fourth-generation chiropractor, licensed clinical nutritionist, yoga teacher, speaker, podcast host, and passionate advocate for women's health. Since earning her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 1992, she has dedicated her career to helping patients achieve lasting health by addressing the root causes of illness through a holistic, evidence-informed approach.
As co-owner of Kintop Chiropractic & Wellness, Dr. Kintop combines chiropractic care, clinical nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and patient education to empower individuals to take an active role in their health.
Her passion for women's health has led her to become a trusted educator in perimenopause and menopause. Through The Healing Pause podcast, community speaking engagements, and the Women's Health Symposium, she provides women with practical, science-based guidance to help them navigate midlife with confidence and vitality.
Dr. Kintop believes healing happens when we care for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and that every stage of life offers an opportunity for growth, resilience, and renewed wellness.
When she's not caring for patients, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Dr. Thom Kintop, their four daughters, and growing family while embracing the beauty and outdoor lifestyle of northern Wisconsin.
Her mission is simple: to empower every patient with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to thrive.
